This was one self assured masterpiece boasting some of the best creamy baritone pipes these ears have heard in a very long time. "The Dreamer" conjured prime 60's era Jazz Vocal and added a subtle love of Hip Hop to give it all a very contemporary feel. James, felt like a modern day Gil Scott Heron dusting off sixties hip with a brash New York cool none of witch would matter if he wasn't so damn good!.James played Toronto this summer and wowed a hearty contingent of modern jazz fans with effortless scat improv, energy and massive charisma! Apparently he's recorded several tracks with the ultra hot Flying Lotus and if the first single is any indication, James' star is definately on the rise!
