Shipping & Returns


All shipping rates can be found at the checkout procedure.

Damage/Fault/Loss - In the highly unlikely event that the item should be damaged or lost in the post you are covered for a refund or replacement, just let us know which you prefer and we will sort everything out right away. Please keep hold of packaging/goods in case they need to be inspected by the Post Office. If your item is damaged during transit please let us know as soon as possible, do not attempt to use the item as we may not cover damage which is caused after shipping unless it falls within the guarantee below.


Vinyl Sales

All vinyl sales are final, unless there is a manufacturing error; I.e, the label is pressed on the playing surface, the centre hole was punched on the playing surface, the record is severely warped and unplayable. Slight warps will not be accepted for return.

 

 

CD Sales

As long as the product is sealed and in saleable condition, it may be returned within 14 days for a store credit. Shipping charges for returned items are your responsibility.

 

 

Clothing

Unworn clothing can be returned for a different size or store credit only. You are responsible for shipping charges.

 

 

All Returns must include:

Full Name

Address

Phone Number

E mail

The reason for the return

 

 

Orders

Orders are processed within 5 business days

 

Shipping time is separate from the order processing time

 

Should you need an order by a specific date, please call to make arrangements (Mon – Thurs 11-8, Fri 11-9,. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery

 

All packages are sent by regular post unless specified. UPS delivers ONLY Monday to Friday

 

International Orders and large orders may take longer to process due to credit verification.

 

We will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by missing or incorrect data. If there is missing data, we will contact you within 5 business days from the time the order was placed.

 

 

Item availability

 

We operate a real bricks and mortar store as well as online. We allow our customers to preview almost all the music we carry. If you see the message “call for availability”, this means we may or may not have a new copy to sell you.

 

If any item you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know before we process your order. If this is the case, you will have the opportunity to change or cancel the order.

 

Should there be an item you crucially need, it is best to call for availability to guarantee fulfillment.

 

 

Changes and additions

We cannot guarantee that you will be able to change/cancel/ or make additions to an order once it has been placed. This will only be possible if your package has not been sent to our shipping dept.
